The Hug Mug is my favorite product that I have created while experimenting with casting and ceramics. I find working with ceramics to be a therapeutic process, and I wanted to design something that was nice to use and also aesthetically pleasing. I started by designing the mug's body in CAD, blending modern 3D printing techniques with the traditional art of casting. The grooves on the mug are shaped to fit comfortably in your hand, enhancing its tactile experience. I truly enjoyed making this mug and experimenting with different glaze techniques. The result is both beautiful and practical.
